I wouldn't bet much on this project
My experience as developer that tried their technology is not one of the best. I have been hired by a client that was having a problem with Insolar funds, and that was not receiving any meaningful response from Insolar team developers. My attempts to contact them resulted into vague responses. In my view the team (except someone) does not have the right mentality although they state that the project is developer focused.
On the technical side, the Insolar Explorer does not reveal detailed information about transactions and you must write a script in order to get the most information you want. At the time I tried this project, it was lacking basic features like using into a program a private key generated by their wallet, because their closed source wallet didn't reveal the cryptographic primitives they use, requiring therefore too much manual work.

- Written in Go, a language known for its security
Cons
- No distinctive factors amongst many other public and B2B Blockchain protocols
- Huge parts of their software still not open source, e.g. wallet technology
- Team members stated that token price will go up in early project video
- Highly inflationary XNS token release
