I think it’s an increasing coin.
The L evel up coin page looks like a play2live casino plan. In fact, I haven't been able to find a lot of information about the plan, but since I can't collect it, I can prevent the death of the plan and turn it into a union, or a player, casino plan. This is an ERC-20 label and is not shown in anyone's trading. I don't think the website is loading, but the domain is being resold. They may not have the plan, but they do believe it doesn't work.
Right now, I can say that the coin of this plan is not active and closed on the market. In fact, the purpose of the plan was to provide a cryptographic market for games based on assumptions found on various demand platforms, but this idea has been very meaningless since its inception.
