Transcodium aims to create a new market for users wishing to lease their idle computing power to their own systems.
At the end of the transcoding process, the processor tenant will receive a TNS token.
A TNS token is not a security or bond, it is a token that is intended to be used on the transcode platform after its launch.
In 2015, Transcodium has already tried to create a platform with visual cloud transcoding and the ability to edit the platform, but due to the high price of cloud servers, Transcodium could not compete with existing platforms, all the development of the creators had to be moved to another project.
But already in 2016, the team decided to recreate the project again, but this time using a decentralized platform and blockchain technology.
Unlike the previous version of the platform, the Transcodium network will be fully automated and will operate without human intervention.
Currently, Transcodium is well known to companies such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Vimeo, Youtube and e.t.C. These companies transcode terabytes of data on a daily basis, investing huge amounts in converting media files.
There is a forecast that by 2019 the transcoding market will grow by 15%, which guarantees a good profit for investors.
