This project seems abandoned for a very long time and the website of this platform has been shortdown because of service. However the project information has not been verified since ever and not all the information provided in the website are straight forward. They have issues concerning this process and has been on a lock down since then.
In addition to this statement seems confusing more over the project does not seem safe for trading since I can not see any information about the developers team. So if anyone is concerned about this platform it is advice able that that person should find another cryptocurrency trading platform for exchanging
