This microphone kit offers a lot for its price

This microphone offers a lot. The quality itself seems pretty good, mostly metal parts, durability is no doubt. and most importantly, the sound recorded with it sounds very clear and crisp. In fact, just for the price I could see this mic being sold even without a kid. A boom extension with scissor arms and shock absorbers only adds to the value of this item. and the shock absorber does its job perfectly. The whole purpose is to avoid vibration feedback in the receiver and it does that pretty well. With pop protection and wind protection, annoying noises from your oral ventilation device have almost no chance. The arrow is functional but not perfect. It would be nice if it could be fully adjusted so that it will keep its position no matter where you set it. My office is pretty cramped and it's not the overhead mic's fault, but I have to hang it above my desk on a shelf that fits my mouth perfectly, but can be quite inconvenient to position around my PC. Maybe it's just me looking for Perfection, but I think it's important to note that you need to have the right space and real estate on your desktop to use this without problems. To better understand what I'm talking about, please watch the video I've uploaded with this review. All in all, this is a great microphone system. I've only gotten frustrated a few times trying to adjust the scissor arm to my liking. but for $50 I really can't complain and still recommend it to anyone looking to up their game for their content. This mic comes in extremely handy for podcasters and audio broadcasters, as well as some types of YouTubers like me. In games, this can be a little tricky to position correctly without obscuring the screen, but your experience may vary.

Cons
