Review on 🔋 High-Capacity Rechargeable AAA Batteries - Soxono 12 Pack 1100mAh NiMH 1.2V Low Self Discharge by Tyra Smith

I really like these batteries. They have good capacity and long life between charges. The only problem (and a big one) is that recently one of those AAA batteries started smoking, got very hot, and the packaging melted within minutes of being removed from the charger and inserted into the walkie-talkie. Luckily I stood by when it happened, ran outside and threw my knife at the non-combustible surface outside. Not sure if it would get hot enough to start a fire but it would definitely melt and destroy the radio it was in if I wasn't there. However, keep in mind that I probably bought 60 or more of these AAA batteries and 20 or more AA batteries from Soxono and used some of them regularly for well over a year with no problems and they sent me 16 AAA packs after I got them had informed about it. I had a problem. I will continue to buy this brand in the future but just in case keep an eye on it immediately after charging. Excellent service and quality, it would be five stars if I didn't have this particular issue.
