It works but is no brighter than the original
It is no brighter than the original halogen bulb that came with it. I read reviews after purchase that mentioned the same thing. A little disappointed, but at least he has a new bulb and hopes it will last a while. If I can find an LED lightbulb for it I will definitely replace it with an LED but I couldn't even find it on the Maglite website.
