I didnt expect the quality to be so high.
So far I have been using it for less than a month, but in training I feel better than without them. Good BCAAs. The only negative, do not interfere with milk, it turns out a lot of foam and a disgusting taste, it smells like an egg. It goes great with water, like juice. Would recommend to friends! A little more time will pass, I will write more
