Review on KitchenCraft Vegetable Potatoe Cleaning Scrubbing by Rob Overturf
The bristles are way too soft in this classic, otherwise perfect design.
Perfect shape and design and a tip for digging out/removing imperfections; but the bristles of this manufacturer are too soft. I've been using this particular brush for over thirty years and when I was able to find one under the Good Chef brand, the bristles were very stiff for quick and effective cleaning, especially on dirty potatoes, yams and other hard-skinned root vegetables. This one seems to be for peeling tomatoes and other such delicate fruits.
