Review on FIRECentral by Tony Reid

I like how easy it was for our team members to input data into this system so we could easily access reports from anywhere at anytime using my mobile device or computer! It's also very intuitive which makes entering new incidents quick & efficient. The interface can be confusing when you are first learning but once you get used to all its features there really isn't much room for improvement in terms of functionality. This tool has been extremely helpful because now we have complete visibility over what happens during any given shift without having to rely solely on paper logs/reports etc. We've noticed overall improved safety compliance as well since everyone knows where they need to go with their duties if something does happen (or doesn't). Our entire organization utilizes one central database instead of multiple spreadsheets making tracking everything more organized and easier than ever before.
