Ease of a hand in my rating.
Very easy installation, basically 4 parts. Comes with all necessary hardware and accessories for non-Vesa mounts. Dell monitors simply snap into place. I use it with the U2413 PremierColor monitor. I have two hands and two U2413 PremierColor monitors. Smooth, silent movement on all axes. The connecting plate to the table is approximately 4 inches deep and 5 inches wide. Limited traffic, but sufficient if there are no special conditions. The wiring is clean and tidy. The cover plates snap into place and require some force.
