Problem: The change filter indicator light does not automatically reset when the filter is changed. (This is normal and the reset button must be pressed manually) Answer: You just have to follow the instructions (RESET) which are on the left side of the device (see the first photo). The reset button is hidden behind a vent (I've marked it with a red circle in the photo). IMPORTANT: The device must be switched on before pressing the RESET button. Congratulations, you should be fully (re)configured! Yes, it's frustrating that some companies don't include instructions on how to successfully install their products. A small piece of paper with a few instructions can save a company from unnecessary returns and negative comments. However, I appreciate these filters very much. I have several AlexaPure Breeze devices (AP-B102) and these Flintar filters fit better than the original filters. They look well constructed. Only time will tell but I'm enjoying a very reasonable price for 2 packs.
