Identical to Engineer (and Vampire?)
The above two brands have many reviews and you can apply them to this item. I have an engineer and it is identical except for the color and markings. There's no reason to think the vampire wouldn't be the same. Since it's cheaper, I highly recommend it if you understand its cons. Still the best solder IMO.
