As other reviews have said the side with the sticker does not sit flush with the washer as it is still unscrewed. To work around this, I cut out the circle in the center of the icon on the side of the joystick, which worked fine and fixed the issue. The problem I have is the poor quality of the icon. It's thin, flexes easily, is all plastic and clearly doesn't hold up over time. I ended up just using the plaque as a sticker on the tool box in the trunk.
