Warmth for Winter Workouts!
As a result of my tests I determined that this heavy weight thermal is perfect for outdoor winter sports. It is breathable, wicks up sweat and provides excellent insulation.The double layer is great at keeping the cold air out and the body heat in. The downside is that it can be too warm for indoor exercise and can feel bulky under tight fitting clothing. Overall, a great investment for those who love exercising out in the winter months!
