The system allows me as owner/operator access at every level including reservations so I can easily see what's going wrong when things don't work out how they should be working! It has been very effective in solving problems we have encountered over time such as guest complaints about hotels not accepting credit cards etc..
There are times where there will still need manual intervention but this shouldn’t happen too often if you use proper procedures which helps keep everything running smoothly & efficiently!! We've also had good success implementing our own new functionality into Tours Genius via API integrations - allowing us even more control across multiple areas (website / mobile app).
