I bought two of these coats for my 4 and 6 year old granddaughters. These coats are very cute and well made. They have buttons that expand the coat to allow for growth and zippers on each side to "untie" the coat as the child grows. The coats are fashionable and fluffy, even with a hood. Elastic band at wrists to keep warm. My GDs are medium sized - a 6 year old girl is a bit tall for her age otherwise medium weight range. The child is 4 years old, he is small. However, I ordered a size up for her and I'm glad I did. A 6 year old wears a size 10-12 (the clasps open for more room) and a 4 year old wears a size 6-10 (no need to open the clasps). Made in China, the coat is cut a little smaller - well made, just runs small. Just order one size bigger and you'll be fine.
