Hard Strong Cookie Cutters
I've used these cutters to make heart shaped toast and they cut the toast perfectly so I'm sure the cookies won't be a problem. It's nice to have different sizes, straight and jagged shapes. They don't cut your hands when squeezing, but if you're doing something coarser you might want to consider something else with a more comfortable grip.
