Still hot for the kitchen and dining room

I've been using it for a few months now and it's still very hot. I'm not a chef, but I've cut a lot of meat, chicken, and veggies. I haven't cut onions with it just because I know onions can take their heat off. The quality seems to be very good. The weight is balanced and definitely not too heavy or too light. The handle lies comfortably in the hand.
