We love this light! Unique and beautiful, this fixture is now a focal point of the room. We used 40W equivalent LED bulbs from GE with visible "filaments" and the fixture puts out plenty of light without hurting the eyes. Brighter bulbs would not be good in this once since it does not have shades. Assembly is simple, completely idiot proof as the nuts to secure each stem are already in place on the existing wires and simply need to be tightened. This process is a little tedious with the provided wrench, but I put my my 4-year-old in charge and it got done eventually. Remember to position the stems in the direction you like (they are fully pose-able on the horizontal axis) before putting in the bulbs. Highly recommended!
