Like / no base hinge but good extension
Love this light! It has a long reach, but it's not a swinging move. You have to weaken the henge and move it where you want. It would be the best light if I didn't have to. The zoom function works well and the range of the arm is greatly extended. The lamp itself cannot be rotated/tilted. I bought it to do my nails and I love it for that. However, if you need a swivel arm to move from side to side, this Lite doesn't have that feature. It slides out but doesn't wobble or rotate on the base dock.
