Addendum: I received a replacement today and cannot express how satisfied I am with the guarantee and the fast customer service. They responded quickly and it was virtually painless. I will continue to use your product. The original gave 1 star but I think it was a misunderstanding but now I'm updating their rating to 5 stars. Nice job and thanks to Monkemon Tech. Bought 2 dryer heating elements including thermostat and sensor unit on 03/19/2021, installed them a few days later and kept the other one as a backup. Well it only lasted about 8 months and since the Amazon ad said '100% Satisfaction' I contacted the seller. They responded quickly and said they would send me another one. I thanked them and asked them to track information about the new block sent. Her reply was that it had already been delivered and it wasn't. Less than 48 hours after my first contact and less than 24 hours they replied and said they would send a new device. I told them it hadn't been delivered and that they might have been misinformed because I originally ordered two (one for installation and one for backup). We are a family of six and we can't afford to be without a dryer for long. The backup is in progress and I'll update the status of their 100% satisfaction guarantee later - stay tuned! I'm giving them one star until it's decided
