Good for SAE connections

Bought to make a 12 volt battery for my car if I ever need to remove the battery and not lose settings like radio presets, clock etc. Connect my alternative 12v battery to this adapter. into the OBD II connector (make sure the polarity is correct before proceeding) and proceed to remove the car battery for replacement or repair without fear of losing your car's settings . I know that on some cars like Subaru you have to go through the idle relearn process for you to save that too.
