Does its job reliably.
Does what it's supposed to. I haven't had the courage to use cartridges from other manufacturers yet, so this looked like a worthy item. I wish the price was lower, but that's what you get for brand loyalty (along with the peace of mind that they'll work great with your HP printer). Everything fits, except for the manufacturer's price. I'm not deducting a star for that - the seller has already slightly lowered the price listed on HP's own website. Works well, no glitches or problems. This is important to me because when I have a lot of print material, everything really has to run smoothly.
