Does what it should. And he does it perfectly. But... and this is a big but, it's a pretty much unnecessary device. You can get the same good results with a saucepan and a hand mixer or electric stick. And if, like me, you've turned on a microwave, you'll have to screw up an extra pot to heat milk or water when using a powdered chocolate mix. This is a beautiful jug and closes really well. Part of the blender handle is metal, but the blades look rather brittle and feel plastic. I think one reviewer called it cute but unnecessary, and I totally agree. In any case, if you like gadgets that are basically designed for just one purpose, then buy it. The price is reasonable.
