I ordered these in pink for my 8 year old. My first impression upon unboxing is that they look pretty impressive. Skateboard shoes looked very high quality. They seem to stay in good shape over time (and they do!). I also appreciate how easy they are to clean. When I received them, my daughter just lit up. She loved the wings on her skate shoes, the shiny pink color, the glowing soles and of course the fact that she could skate hardwood floors in them. She was learning to roller skate when we got her, so I think that's a really great way to transition into that. With these skate shoes there is practically no risk of falling, so she was able to get used to the ride more safely. All in all, I definitely recommend these skate shoes for your little ones. They are great fun and stand the test of time.
