I've tried to find ways to contact the seller but it's awkward. I bought them a month before my son's 5th birthday. He loves these shoes. However, after wearing them only 1-2 times, they no longer charge and only one shoe burns. This is a poorly made product and now I have a disappointed son.

This is a Poot product for a baby, what they love is the light and at 2 weeks the light hasn't even turned on. I charged them for my kid and left nothing left to charge overnight and don't buy anything, it's a waste of money because your kid is excited and then can't use them because the light won't turn on

My son loves these shoes and says they are comfortable. The lights are also very bright. I took 1 size up but seems to fit true to size.

Great concept, but the LED on the left shoe stopped working after the first wear (cannot change color or turn off). We also bought golden ones as a Christmas present. They also stopped working (the charging connector broke off) after about a month of use.

It is so sweet! My daughter loves them and wears them on every occasion. They are very colorful and bright. Haven't found any disadvantages yet. Fingers were a little scratched but my daughter is very rough with shoes. And these work great. The quality is excellent. Bows at the top are the perfect gift idea for any teenager! The colors go with almost everything! I love them and definitely a bargain!

We are buying this shoe for the third time. Both children have a pair and were bought to replace a pair that no longer fit. It's not the most durable shoe but my kids love it. And they work great. Battery life is good, but they accidentally turn on too easily. My biggest issue with this particular pair was that they came without a charging cable. Luckily I already had it, but if I didn't, it would be utterly useless.

We bought them 3 months ago. Daughter loves the color and comfort. However, after 3 months a lightbulb broke and there was almost no velcro left. We liked it, but for 3 months we wouldn't buy it again.
