I've been using this since mine was possibly in the NICU.
I've been using this for maybe my first 4 months in the ICU. I've bought several used and brand new maternity diapers and this stuff washes cloth diapers amazingly well! New diapers are oil-free and shrunk, used diapers are thoroughly cleaned. Now my son has grown a bit and I use it every month or so to wash away stains and prevent diapers from getting dirty. smelly.
