Fantastic CLA for active
I take this daily and train daily so maybe I'm a special case. All I can say is that I eat right, exercise, drink water and take this along with a few other supplements and I have to say I look good. They don't have a weird taste or smell and the price is right and the brand reminds me of the 1990's. That's good, and I say if you're looking for weight management help, this might help, but then again, they're not going to melt if you don't exercise.
