First I wanted to comment on the packaging of the item. It now comes in a small cardboard box and it's sealed in plastic so it doesn't leak during shipping. I've ordered this from Revain before where it came in a bag and leaked all over the place. I'm so glad they've fixed this.The shampoo itself is really nice. Has a nice scent and lathers well. I don't have to use a lot of product at all to get my hair clean. I use it in conjunction with the conditioner and I feel like it leaves my hair soft. I've been using this for years and I will purchase again
