To date we have ordered 4 of these devices. We ordered 2 at first and Revain was good enough to replace when we had problems. One of the two replacement devices seems to work perfectly, the other has annoying fan noises. A check on the internet shows that this is a common problem. The return period has expired, otherwise I would have sent it back. Unfortunately, these devices would fit our needs perfectly - if they were functional. Our budget doesn't allow us to swap them out every few months. If these two devices go away, they won't be replaced by Bee Link.
