Terrible Shifting Experience with this Product

Using this automotive part was a real NIGHTMARE for our team .The installation process was complicated, and the shifter itself malfunctioned after only a few uses. The design and build quality of the product left much to be desired, and ultimately we had to switch to a different brand for a better driving experience..
