Review on Norpro Heavy Duty Brining Bag by Emily Wilson

Doesn't leak, easily holds a 14 lb turkey for brine. I used a large turkey casserole last year and it was 1) difficult to put in the fridge (needed a lot of moving things) and 2) it didn't cover the whole turkey. I like to do all the work carefully, and this packet allows the brine to cover the turkey 100%. I'd recommend squeezing out all of the air to ensure the brine covers the entire turkey, and it'll be easier if someone helps you - I could easily see squeezing out some of the brine if you're dealing with a large turkey have fight . yourself. No leaks to detect, just a perfectly salted turkey when all was said and done.
