Review on Gratlin by Marley Woods

I made the mistake of purchasing maternity clothes from Gratlin not too long ago in the vain hope of locating some acceptable options. Unfortunately, the whole ordeal was a terrible nightmare from the very beginning to the very end. To begin, the website is cumbersome and difficult to navigate. It took me a very long time to locate what I was looking for, and when I did, there wasn't a very impressive selection of it. I decided to go ahead and purchase a few things anyway, in the hopes that they would have a superior appearance in person. They did not do that. The quality of the garments was poor, and they did not appear anything like the pictures on the website. Inaccurate sizing was another issue; one of the shirts appeared to be designed for a toddler due to how small it was. But dealing with customer support was by far the most frustrating aspect of the whole experience. I reached out to inquire about a refund, but I was greeted with nothing but impoliteness and helplessness instead of assistance. It gave the impression that they weren't at all concerned with how satisfied I was as a consumer. Gratlin will never receive another purchase from me, and I strongly suggest that everyone else stays away from them as well. Do not waste your time or money with this business because there are many other options available for maternity clothes that are superior to their offerings.
