I bought this to give my brother a birthday present after reading the reviews. I bought an iron with gold foil. It cut my Cricut Ex2 very well and was easy to weed. I heat pressed with Easy Press, the instructions say 305 out of 10-15. Based on other reviews saying it didn't stick, I hit 325 within 30 seconds of preheating the shirt. Cool film (waiting for it to cool to the touch) and the backing sheet was a bit difficult to remove and I had slight lifting around the edges in places (maybe my print was uneven). So I turned it over and ironed the back of the 320 for 15 seconds. There was still a small area, so I covered the design with parchment paper and just held that area at 305 for 15 seconds and that fixed the problem. I know this seems like a lot of work, but I'm new to this and can't really fault the material. In general, it is very comfortable on the shirt, light and elastic.
