I like that it is easy for me as an individual marketer, or even just someone who wants more information about their customers/prospects than they can get from other sources (eg Google Analytics).

The platform itself has some issues with regards to speed of results when you are using multiple devices at once - sometimes not being able to see your progress until after 30-60 seconds have passed since clicking next! This makes tracking difficult if there's another action happening before this point where we need our data immediately afterwards eg website clicks etc.. It would be great though if all sites could implement something similar so everyone had access too these tools regardless which device was used.
