Review on 2 Pack Of Otdair Solar Wall Lanterns With Flickering Flames For Outdoor Lights, Hanging Solar Lamps For Front Porch, Patio And Yard by Joseph Adaymiln

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nice lamps but not wind resistant.

We bought a set of two for our pergola. They look nice and seem will built. The are brighter than I thought and last several hours of fully charged. We liked them so much that we bought a second set for our entry portal at our cabin. On the portal the lights look small but nice. My only complaint is that these can't handle much wind. Twice I've found them on the ground. The first time the bottom part fell off. Luckily the glass didn't break and I was able to put them back together easily. The second time I found them on the ground the entire assembly had blown off their hanging brackets. One of the bulbs is gone. I searched but couldn't find it.I will try to secure the lamps to the brackets with wire and glue the bottom portions to the tops. Now if only I could find the one bulb.I see reviews complaining that these don't stay lit all night. Well you may be asking too much from a lamp that has a very small solar panel and a low capacity battery. Don't expect much output if they weren't exposed to full sun or if it was cloudy or rainy most of the day.

Pros
  • The flickering flame design of the lanterns creates a warm and cozy ambiance, perfect for outdoor gatherings on chilly nights
Cons
  • They may not be suitable for areas with strong winds or frequent storms
