Review on Logitech Backlit Mechanical Keyboard Passthrough by Dimitar Kuzmanov ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Nothing ordinary, a normal product.

At the time I took over the keyboard at the end of 2022, everything was going smoothly. Now that the numpad has taken on a life of its own, the keys occasionally stick and double clicks start to happen. additionally each time you turn on the computer. The regulations end there, followed by a mess. After reading the evaluations, I came to the realization that things aren't as awful as they seem. In fact, the keyboard worked flawlessly for three years; I worked on it a bit and played a little of the games that don't require constant hammering of the clave. However, I'll already be using the next keyboard's Chery switches because the Logitech ones are too sensitive and the distance is too short. Naturally, with time I become accustomed to this, but I still want to experience the classics. Additionally, it appears that this one will shortly retire. I believe that the manufacturer is generally giving false information about the service life. The warranty term has passed, and there is nothing to show for the fact that I did not click the numpad 70 million times and then close it like I would with any other key. I had thought that the keyboard I purchased would last me 8 to 10 years because I just use it sometimes.

Pros
  • aluminum plate with skeleton construction (Weight, rubber feet) Stability 4 brightness levels for the backlight
Cons
  • The keys on the switches are linked to four flimsy pins that can separate. This issue was resolved using superglue, as a result of which the left Ctrl key was simply fastened firmly). As I worked, the gap loosened a little; perhaps I might glue it.)
