Bad car - GREAT customer service.

I may have received a poor quality unit but mine did not meet my expectations and did not perform as stated in the specs. Before those details, I have to say that Ramsond's customer service has been RELIABLE! First, the device was well packaged, but the consumables were not individually wrapped. Maybe they were once, but the bag they were in was torn. They were kept in a large bag of parts. Installation was pretty easy. The pressure relief valve/water separator is located at the rear of the machine. You will need to supply your own power plug, either 110 or 220. I plugged it into a dedicated 220 outlet. I noticed that the Ramsond case looks identical to the Parker machine I have. I have a 110 fluorescent bulb on a different circuit. This light flickered and then came on again when I was using the cutter. I have a Parker "Plasma Tec 40" that doesn't cause any light problems. The cutting itself: I cut the metal 3/8 with it, but the result was very poor quality in my opinion. I emailed support and they responded very quickly with a few checks on the air pressure settings. I am posting some photos of both sides of the cut. I informed Ramsomd about the flickering light issue. I don't know if there is a bad ground in the car or what caused the lights to flicker. Arrange for the block to be returned immediately. They accidentally sent me a copy of the original shipping label, not the RMA label. I called them and within minutes I had an RMA shipping label. The return was also processed very quickly. I am very impressed with Ramsond's customer support. I was hoping that this unit would replace my old Parker unit with more power. If the machine cuts to spec then this machine is worth the money, but for me it isn't.
