I had terrible trouble getting this plasma cutter. The first stuck in the void of UPS, went back and forth for several days, finally showed it was delivered but never got delivered. I asked for a replacement which came from somewhere else and was delivered to me within two days. I used it for about 30 minutes of cutting time over two weekends and it worked very well until it broke and died. Raven sent me a replacement.
