I started taking these because I have chronically low 02 levels to the point where the doctor is considering sending me home on oxygen , which I really don't want. So I started researching and found it might help over time. I also had poor circulation and that should help with circulation so it should fix that as well. I am just starting my second month of this two month supply. I have to admit that I see some changes. As if I had more energy and could do more things. It's not fake caffeinated jittery energy, it's just that I don't feel as drained and overwhelmed. I just feel better.
