The most helpful feature is that it has many different ways to organize your notes into sections, so you can easily find what you need later. I prefer to use handwritten notations instead of typing them in because sometimes they are more precise than my handwriting. Also, there are some times when I have trouble with the app crashing or taking too long for me to open up after using other apps. It's great if you're looking for something simple to take quick notes during meetings, especially since it syncs between computers seamlessly! There aren't any downsides really; however, I wish we could sync between devices easier. We've been able to keep all our meeting minutes in one place now!
