There are three bags in the box, each containing a pair of foot-shaped plastic bags. I opened the first pack and there was liquid everywhere. I couldn't figure out how to apply it to my legs without smearing it with exfoliating gel until I realized the plastic bags must have leaked out and gotten to the outside in the shape of the inside legs. After arguing with myself about trying to clean it and still using it, I finally threw the package away and opened another one. For the second package, I opened it and followed the instructions below: 1. Wash and dry your feet2. Cut and put the leg masks on and then seal them with the tape they had. I put on an extra pair of socks to keep the gel from touching the skin3. I left the foot masks on for 90 minutes and then washed them off. After 24 hours: After one day, my feet became very dry and itchy. Even though the instructions said to wait 2 days, I started soaking on the first day. The photo shows what it looked like before I soaked my feet. 48 Hours Later: I soaked my feet again and noticed a lot of sagging skin, so I grabbed my pumice stone and just walked my feet around town. It helped remove any excess skin. After scraping away any dead skin, I applied a urea-based foot cream. Check out the before and after photos of my heels. 72 hours later: No more dead skin on my skin. Probably because I did an exfoliation with a pumice stone the day before. So I didn't soak it after the 2nd day General Impressions: What I liked: + Softens the skin What I didn't like: - One of the 3 packs was broken meaning 1 of the 3 procedures had to be thrown away, I only had 2 treatments left in the box.- The smell is quite strong. I felt a little nauseous and had to dispose of the rubbish immediately after use as the smell was so strong. - Exfoliation of the entire foot, not targeted. The mask worked, but seemed to work best on areas I didn't need to exfoliate. I need it on my heels the most and it has slimmed down a bit and made them a bit smoother. - Instructions could be clearer - The packaging says to do a second application for tougher skin, but doesn't say how long treatments should be between treatments. I'm wondering if other treatments will work, but I'm concerned if I'll have one right away. Since this is essentially a chemical peel on my legs, I'm concerned about using them too close together.
