The connector on this O2 sensor is a female connector. My 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4.8L V8 Truck has a plug. When ordering this sensor I took great care to ENSURE I ordered the correct one. Tip, don't assume this will fit your car correctly. Check your plug to make sure it's ok. And don't wait more than 30 days to try and install it. I've waited 32 days and now I'm stuck with two O2 sensors that are useless.
