First unit wouldn't seat cables properly and could only get sound in one ear. Returned for a replacement. Second model seemed to work okay for a couple days then it slipped off my desk onto the carpet and then sound would only come to one ear by fiddling with the cables. Sleek look. Absolute crap construction and no durability. I wanted to try something as an alternative (with more features) to a Boostaroo but now I'll but something I know actually works reliably.
