Small hand hold. on my review.

These have a small hand hold and are just wide enough for my entire palm to hold it (5'4" female if that helps). I use these for occupational therapy wrist exercises. Not annoying enough to return but maybe don't get these. There is also a few spots where the material seems a bit scuffed aka minor cosmetic damage. TBH I bought them because I wanted 4lb purple ones but go for a cheaper option.
