I like that you can see all of your HR policies, benefits information right from home or work if needed (such as holidays). It's easy to navigate through for employees when looking up time off they have available during vacation periods etc.. Nothing at this point! We are currently using it only because we had an old system before but now with our new one its great!! The best part about vBAS has been being able get answers very quickly without having someone come out just so i could log into my account instead going thru emailing them which takes ages sometimes never knowing whether their response will be quick enought o answer me fastly :) Benefits administration online really makes things easier especially since most people use computers every day anyway rather than getting paper copies mailed around everywhere haha - no more carrying papers/copies throughout office space- faster service compared wih other systems such emails take forever not sure what times exactly.
