Review on Sutera by Rico Dantzler

Which Is It: Sutera, Fashion or Fad?

Although Sutera advertises that they provide the newest fashions and trends, I was let down to see that their selection did not match up to the excitement created by their advertising. It's possible that they have a good assortment of things, but I didn't find anything that particularly stuck out to me as being original or on the cutting edge of fashion. And don't get get me started on the standard of their work! Even though they assert that they are committed to it, the things that I bought from them were in no way flawless. The stitching on my blouse began to unravel after only one wash, and the shoes that I bought fell apart after only a few wears after I had purchased them. On top of everything else, the quality of their customer assistance was below average. When I called to complain about the quality of the things I had purchased, I was received with an attitude that was condescending and unhelpful. It's probably safe to say that the last time I shopped at Sutera was my last time. To summarize, Sutera is the place to go to shop for fashion that is more concerned with appearance than it is with doing its intended function. On the other hand, if you want to buy things that are of a superior quality and receive outstanding assistance from the seller, you should go elsewhere.

Pros
  • Plenty of goods to choose from.
Cons
  • Only a few sizes to choose from.
