I love that the product came with everything, cable and software, but I had to download the software because the CD-ROM doesn't work on my laptop and doesn't read CDs (although I hard to use the CD). Installation was easy and there were no problems. The only issue I had was that there are no instructions on how to place the connector to ensure it reads the pins on the EWS. It took me 30 minutes of unsuccessful attempts to watch a YouTube video and a guy said that sometimes you have to twist the plug and see if it reads the EWS. So I spin it once, no, then I spin it again and BAM! He read it with no problems! I was able to code two keys which saved me over $440 ($220 for locksmith keys) and $300 for dealer keys.
