I love the organization this product has brought to my closet! The shoeboxes alone are awesome so the boxes seemed like an added bonus! My only complaint is that when I have an item in one of the drawers, it sags badly in the middle. I tried rearranging the shoes to even out the weight distribution but that didn't help at all. So eventually the top will curve in a way that makes it look awkward, but until then it works to keep small items off the bottom. If the crate area in the middle had some extra reinforcement that would help a lot!
